You agree that Intergalactic Fireworks owns the copyrights as well as intellectual property rights and proprietary rights to all of the content, logos, banner design, photographs, design, and content within the website.
– Fireworks is sold only with the agreement that you will obey all pertinent laws, including Federal, State, County, City, and other local laws and are responsible to review laws that apply to your specific state. – Upon purchase of fireworks from Intergalactic Fireworks, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intergalactic Fireworks from any and all legal consequences, damages, or fees arising from the transportation, storage, handling, sale, and/or use of fireworks.
Only you are responsible for your actions.
– Intergalactic Fireworks maintains accurate inventory records on items available in stock. In the event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value upon your agreement.
– You must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. By placing your order with Intergalactic Fireworks, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
– Payment are accepted via money orders, VISA, Amex, Discover and MasterCard. For credit card orders, we require the proof of age verification, address verification / zip code that your card is billed to, expiration date and the three-digit security code that is printed in the signature block on the back of your card.
– While we have verified the product information/ data on our website, we are not responsible for typographic, coding errors or omissions on the website.

– All Pennsylvania residents are charged 18.72% sales tax on all items ordered from our site or for any order pickups. Other States do not have to pay sales tax.
– Sorry, we do not accept Personal checks or CODs.

– Shipping prices are based on courier charges and will be provided to you, post your order. The cost is based on quantity order, shipping weight, location of your shipment. Residential addresses are typically charged higher if a courier company is used. We DO NOT ship to APO’s. Intergalactic Fireworks reserves the right to update, modify and/or change the Terms of Service policies without notification.
